Data deletion

If you messaged a business that uses AZ CRM

1. Email contacto@azdigitalmarketing.cc with the subject "Delete my data" and your Instagram username or Facebook name, and the business you wrote to (or ask that business directly).
2. We delete your messages, your ID and any related data from AZ CRM within 20 business days and confirm by email.

This does not delete the messages that remain in your own Instagram or Messenger app.

If you are a business user

• In AZ CRM go to Accounts › Disconnect: we delete the tokens immediately and stored messages within 30 days.
• Or remove the app in Facebook › Settings › Security › Business integrations / Apps and websites: Meta notifies us and we delete your data automatically; you get a confirmation code to check the status here.

Escribe a contacto@azdigitalmarketing.cc con el asunto «Borrar mis datos», tu usuario y el negocio al que escribiste; borramos tus datos en máximo 20 días hábiles. Si eres un negocio cliente: Accounts › Disconnect o quita la app en la configuración de Facebook.
