Who we are
AZ CRM is a customer-messaging tool operated by Juan Andrés Zepeda Corral, doing business as AZ Marketing (Mexico City, Mexico). Contact: contacto@azdigitalmarketing.cc.
Businesses (our clients) connect their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to AZ CRM to read and answer the direct messages that people send them. For those messages the client is the data controller and AZ Marketing processes the data only on the client's behalf and instructions. For the AZ CRM user accounts themselves, AZ Marketing is the controller.
Data we process
- Business users who log in with Facebook Login for Business: Facebook user ID, name, the Pages and Instagram accounts they choose to connect, and the access tokens Meta issues for them.
- People who message a connected business: their Page- or Instagram-scoped ID, public name or username, profile picture, the content of the messages (text, images, video, audio, shared posts and stories, reactions) and timestamps.
We do not ask for passwords or payment card data.
How we use it
- To show each client its own conversations in the AZ CRM inbox and let its team reply.
- To run the automated replies the client configures (the assistant discloses that it is automated and people can type "human" to reach a person).
- To keep the conversation history for the client's customer service.
We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, never use it to train AI models, and never combine data between clients. Each client only sees its own accounts.
Sharing
Only with service providers that run the service on our behalf: Meta Platforms (Instagram and Messenger), our hosting provider (netcup GmbH, Germany) and, when the client turns on AI-assisted replies, the language-model provider, which receives only the text needed to answer. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Message data is kept while the client's account is connected and for up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted. When a person unsends a message, we delete it as soon as Meta notifies us. When a client disconnects an account or removes the app, we delete its tokens immediately and its stored messages within 30 days. See Data deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@azdigitalmarketing.cc. If you wrote to one of our clients, you can also contact that business directly. We reply within 20 business days.
Security
All connections use HTTPS, Meta tokens are stored only on our server, and access to each account is limited to the people who connected it.

AZ CRM es una herramienta de mensajería operada por Juan Andrés Zepeda Corral (AZ Marketing), Ciudad de México. Contacto: contacto@azdigitalmarketing.cc. Los negocios clientes conectan su Página y su cuenta profesional de Instagram para leer y contestar los mensajes que les mandan; de esos mensajes el responsable es el cliente y AZ Marketing los trata solo por su encargo. Tratamos el identificador, nombre o usuario, foto de perfil, contenido y hora de los mensajes; y, de quien entra a AZ CRM, su identificador y nombre de Facebook y las cuentas que conecta. Los usamos solo para mostrar y contestar las conversaciones de cada cliente y para las respuestas automáticas que él configura (que avisan que son automáticas; escribe «humano» para hablar con una persona). No vendemos los datos, no los usamos para publicidad ni para entrenar modelos, y no los cruzamos entre clientes. Los compartimos solo con Meta, nuestro proveedor de servidores (netcup) y, si el cliente activa respuestas con IA, el proveedor del modelo. Se guardan hasta 12 meses desde el último mensaje; los mensajes anulados se borran en cuanto Meta avisa.
